By accessing or using Berlay's services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
Description of Services
Berlay is a customer support platform that unifies email, live chat, and messaging channels into a shared team inbox. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hi@berlay.io.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Berlay to send spam, distribute malware, violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
Intellectual Property
Berlay and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and content. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Berlay a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the services.
Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at berlay.io/privacy. By using the services you consent to that policy.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berlay's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination your access ends and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
